Verbal Attacks Escalate Between Political Leaders Ahead of Lok Sabha Elections

In the lead-up to the Lok Sabha elections, verbal sparring between leaders of opposing factions has intensified. BJP candidate and actress Kangana Ranaut, contesting from the Mandi Lok Sabha seat, has responded sharply to the statements made by Union Minister Vikramaditya Singh regarding the consumption of beef.
Taking to her social media account, Kangana posted, “I do not consume beef or any other type of red meat. It is shameful that completely baseless rumors are being spread about me. I have been advocating and promoting a yogic and Ayurvedic lifestyle for decades. Such tactics will not tarnish my image. My people know me, and they know that I am a proud Hindu, and nothing can mislead them. Jai Shri Ram.”
It is worth mentioning that recently, without directly naming anyone, Vikramaditya Singh had made a sarcastic remark about the consumption of beef through a post on his social media account. He wrote that Himachal Pradesh is a sacred place for gods and goddesses. It is the land of gods, and those who consume beef should contest elections, as it is a matter of concern for our culture, which has no concern with politics.
