Vehicular Movement Restricted on Shimla Club–Indira Gandhi Sports Complex Road Till March 1

Shimla, February 19, 2026: District Magistrate Shimla, Anupam Kashyap, has extended the restriction on vehicular movement along the road stretch from Shimla Club to Indira Gandhi Sports Complex until March 1, 2026. The order has been issued in continuation of previous directives dated October 29, 2025, December 31, 2025, and January 9, 2026. Authorities stated that the executing agency must ensure strict safety measures for pedestrians, particularly school children, during the ongoing work on the route.
