uspected Homicide of a Youth Near the Patlikuhal Taxi Stand

Kullu, September 21: The lifeless body of a young man has been discovered at the Patlikuhal taxi stand in the district, raising suspicions of homicide.

According to information, around 3 to 4 in the morning, the Patlikuhal police station received a report that the body of a young man was found near the taxi stand. Upon receiving this information, the police team rushed to the scene. The deceased has been identified as Anoop (26), the son of Amar Chand, residing in Vashkola. During the investigation, it was revealed that the young man had been murdered. The forensic team was summoned to the scene, and evidence was collected.

On the other hand, the police have registered a case of murder and initiated an investigation. It is reported that a dispute occurred at the taxi stand during the night, and it was during this altercation that the young man was murdered. It is worth mentioning that the incident took place only 200 meters from the police station at the intersection. Based on CCTV footage, the police have received information about two young men who are being pursued.

SP Sakshi Varma stated that the police have registered the case, and the CCTV cameras are also being examined. The murder of the young man has created an atmosphere of fear in the area.
