UHFTA demand implementation of pay commission

Submit memorandum to Vice Chancellor

A delegation of University of Horticulture and Forestry Teachers’ Association (UHFTA) submitted a memorandum addressed to the Governor and Chief Minister of Himachal Pradesh to University Vice-Chancellor Prof Rajeshwar Singh Chandel regarding implementation of UGC 7th pay commission with immediate effect. The delegation was led by Vice President of the Association Dr Ramesh Bhardwaj and other functionaries of the association. The delegation apprised the VC that the new pay commission has already been implemented for all other employees of the state and the universities. However, the teachers of the universities and colleges are still awaiting the implementation of UGC 7th pay commission.
