Shimla, March 31 – The Tulip Garden, which has become the center of attraction for people at CSIR-IHBT Institute, will now be closed from April 2. This garden decorated with colorful flowers has now withered. Only two lines of flowers are left in this. While other lines of other flowers have withered. According to information, the Tulip Garden, which smells beautifully of flowers at CSIR Institute Palampur, is going to be closed this Sunday evening.
