Tragic Road Accident Claims 7 Lives, Including 6 Policemen

In a heart-wrenching incident of a road accident in Chamba district of Himachal Pradesh, 7 lives were lost, including 6 policemen. The mishap occurred near the Tarwai Bridge on the Tissa-Bairagarh route, where a Bolero vehicle veered off the road and plunged into the Beas River. The accident claimed the lives of 7 individuals, with 4 others sustaining injuries. The Bolero vehicle, en route from Mangli to Tissa, lost control suddenly, resulting in the tragic incident.

Sub-Divisional Magistrate Joginder Patial confirmed that 7 lives were lost in the accident, which included 6 police personnel. The injured individuals were rushed to Chamba Medical College, while one was taken to a local civil hospital in Tissa for treatment. The exact cause of the accident is yet to be determined.
