Shimla, Oct 28 – An uphill journey to retain power in Himachal Pradesh Assembly Election forced BJP president Jagat Prakash Nadda in his own state and Chief Minister Jai Ram Thakur to be on midnight burner to pacify rebels candidate on around 16 Assembly seats.
BJP former MP and scion of the Royal dynasty Kullu Maheswar Singh talked to Nadda and Jai Ram Thakur Thursay night here. I have apprised about the appalling reason why my son decided to run against party-sitting MLA Surender Shourie. I have also told BJP leader that at the fag end of his Political carrier after remaining with the party throughout his public life he may prefer to not remain in the race as an Independent candidate or join Congress provided his local party supporters or Constituents should also agree with this.
BJP realizing a double loss in Banjar and Kullu Assembly with duo father-son duo managed to bring Maheshwar Singh to last minute consultation table but he seemed to be spell dooms on the party as novice Narottam Singh may not counter string anti-incumbency against BJP government.BJP president Suresh Kashyap chief minister Jai Ram Thakur and JP Nadda trying to pacify rebels candidate to withdraw from the race in favor of party official contenders and they are working to stop the party’s prospect to get a repeat in Himachal Pradesh.
