Thousands of Youths’ Certificates Delayed Due to Online Work Halt: Jairam

Shimla, 25 July 2024: Leader of the Opposition, Jairam Thakur, expressed concern over the halting of online work by Patwaris, which has resulted in thousands of youths being unable to obtain their certificates. He emphasized the urgency of the situation, especially during the admission period, and urged the government to find a solution promptly.

Jairam Thakur criticized the government’s lack of responsiveness and mismanagement, which has left young people struggling for essential documents required for admissions, scholarships, and various concessions. He highlighted that the delay in certificate issuance is jeopardizing the future of many students and called for immediate action to resolve the issue.

Additionally, Jairam Thakur thanked the central government for prioritizing Himachal Pradesh in the railway budget, with an allocation of INR 2698 crore for the development and expansion of rail infrastructure in the state. He expressed gratitude towards Prime Minister Narendra Modi, Home Minister Amit Shah, BJP President and Union Health Minister JP Nadda, and Railways Minister Ashwini Vaishnaw for their continued support and commitment to enhancing Himachal’s railway network.
