Sukhram : “Congress Known for Corruption and Mismanagement”

Shimla – BJP’s former minister and MLA, Sukhram Chaudhary, criticized the Congress government, stating that the media advisor to the Chief Minister is misleading the public. He claimed that the Jairam Thakur government provided substantial benefits to the public, which the current Congress government has taken away. Sukhram emphasized that while BJP delivers on its promises, Congress is known for not fulfilling theirs and is marked by corruption and mismanagement.
He highlighted recent issues with the police constable recruitment process, where applicants faced problems accessing the site, causing them to miss the application deadline. Although the government extended the deadline by 15 days, he asserted that this was merely fulfilling the rights of the youth.
Sukhram also discussed challenges in the Rajiv Gandhi Self-Employment Startup Scheme, where unemployed applicants for e-taxi permits are caught in a bank guarantee issue. Many unemployed youth, who booked electric vehicles with thousands of rupees, now face potential losses as banks demand property guarantees. He stated that the youth of the state are being deceived under the current administration.
