Students To Get Free Practical Books

Hamirpur, April 20 – In the academic session 2023-24, free practical books will be allotted to the students of class IX in government schools. These books will also be distributed to the students along with the course booklets in the schools. Allotment of these practical booklets at the block level has been done by Himachal Pradesh School Education Board’s Book Distribution Center at Hathli Khad, Hamirpur in the first week of March itself. Very soon 13,953 practical books of class IX will be allotted to the students in the schools.

Earlier, students studying in government schools of district Hamirpur had to spend Rs 70 to buy practical books. Now students will be benefited by getting free practical books in schools and will not have to spend money separately to buy practical books.
