State-of-the-Art Drug discovery laboratory inaugurated at Shoolini University

A Drug discovery laboratory was inaugurated at the School of Pharmaceutical Sciences at Shoolini University.
Chief guest for the event was Mrs. Saroj Khosla, President, Foundation of Life Sciences and Business Management SILB, and Prof. P. K. Khosla, Chancellor, Shoolini University.
On the occasion Chancellor Prof. P. K. Khosla highlighted the role the laboratory in fostering innovation within the pharmaceutical sciences, and its importance in shaping the future of drug discovery research.
Prof. Deepak Kumar, Coordinator of the laboratory provided insights into the laboratory’s capabilities, shedding light on its role in enriching the academic and research environment at Shoolini University. The laboratory is poised to engage in cutting-edge activities such as the synthesis, analysis, and modification of novel compounds, plant extraction, isolation, and nanoformulation, insilico drug design, and discovery. The ultimate goal is to discover new therapeutic agents, optimize drug formulations, and contribute significantly to the evolution of the drug discovery process.
