St. Edward’s Old Boys’ Association Launches New Alumni Website and Opens Registrations for Grand Centenary Celebrations

Shimla, September 11, 2025 – In a significant milestone for the St. Edward’s School community, Rajiv Sood, President of the St. Edward’s Old Boys’ Association (SEOBA), today launched the association’s new website and announced the start of registrations for the highly anticipated Grand Centenary Celebrations. The three-day event, set to take place from October 11 to 13, 2025, in Shimla, will bring together alumni, students, faculty, and families to honor the school’s 100-year legacy of excellence in education and character building.

It features tools for membership management, event updates, and a portal to relive the school’s rich history through footprints, memories, and jubilee highlights. “This launch marks a new era of connectivity for our global network of Edwardians,” said Rajiv Sood. “We invite all old boys to join us in celebrating our centenary with pride and enthusiasm.”
The Grand Centenary Celebrations promise a blend of nostalgic reunions, sporting events, cultural performances, and fellowship activities. Highlights from the event calendar include:
Day 1: October 11, 2025
Anti-Drug Run starting at 8:30 am from The Ridge to St. Edward’s School, Shimla.
Contributory breakfast at 10:00 am in the school premises.
School programs and sports activities, including football, cricket, and more.
Lunch at 2:00 pm, followed by additional school programs and sports.
Day 2: October 12, 2025
Golf at Naldehra Golf Course beginning at 7:30 am.
Leisure Car Rally at 9:00 am from St. Edward’s School to Chalets Naldehra.
Contributory lunch at 2:00 pm at The Chalets Naldehra.
Alumni Fellowship Dinner at Hotel Marina starting at 7:00 pm (contributory).
Day 3: October 13, 2025
School assembly followed by a cultural program at 8:45 am.
Unveiling of the Wall of Honour and the Founders’ Bust.
School Carnival.
The Centenary Fiesta Dinner at Hotel Peterhoff from 6:00 pm onwards.
