Shoolini University and Ludhiana Sahodaya Complex organise Principal’s conclave

Ludhiana Sahodaya Complex, an organisation of the principals in Ludhiana and Shoolini University, organised a one-day school principal’s conclave in Ludhiana on Thursday.
Representatives from Shoolini University included Pro Chancellor, Mr. Vishal Anand and Vice Chancellor, Prof. Atul Khosla while Ludhiana Sahodaya School was represented by Ms. Jaswinder Sidhu. The event witnessed participation from over 60 principals hailing from various educational institutions in Ludhiana and its neighboring regions.
A high-quality and engaging panel discussion on ‘Strategic Leadership for Schools in the Changing Scenario’ was moderated by Dr. Vandna Shahi, a National Awardee and the district training coordinator of CBSE. Other speakers on the panel included, Ms. Anuja Kaushal, Principal of BCM Arya School, Ms. Kirti Sharma, Principal of Jesus Sacred Heart School, and Mr. Gurbhej S. Nagi, Principal of Guru Nanak Public School Sarabha Nagar. All the speakers shared valuable insights and experiences, on the topics like the role of language acquisition, aesthetic sensibility, presentation skills, and leadership traits in shaping well-rounded and successful individuals.
On the occasion two dignitaries who had left a great impact on society were honoured with lifetime achievement awards. Ms Rama Munjal and Dr Paramjeet Kaur, everybody was left inspired by their journey. Shoolini University took the lead in acknowledging the substantial and ongoing contributions of these principals towards the noble cause of nation-building through education. Each of them was honoured with ‘Shiksha Bhushan Awards.’
