Shoolini Univ, ICFF Ink Pact On Coaching

Solan, October 10 – Shoolini University and International Coaching Federation Foundation (ICFF) signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) for formalising the V-Empower Coaching Programme at the university as an Ignite Initiative with the University.
ICF Foundation’s Ignite Initiative is focused on Engaging Coaching for Humanity by delivering pro bono coaching in local communities. Shoolini University is delighted to collaborate with ICFF in this initiative in creating social impact through coaching. Senior Coach Payal Jindal Khanna commented on the collaboration as being a step forward for augmented Coaching.
In coming together, both the organisations will, as a strategic goal, be aligned with the 2030 Sustainable Development Goals set forth by the United Nations.
Prof Atul Khosla, Vice-Chancellor at the Shoolini University stated that we must demonstrate the impact of this coaching intervention by capturing data that shows progression not only in terms of Individual impact but a larger economic impact. He gave concrete ideas to create a framework based on 10 years of comprehensive and inclusive research efforts.
Coach Jayashree commended the universities and the Vice-Chancellor’s efforts in picking up innovative ideas, crystallising and implementing them at a great pace at the institution for the benefit of the students. Dr. Kesari applauded the contribution of the Global coaches for being there for the Shoolini students and supporting them in their journey to be employable globally. Coach Sushma and Coach Mandy commended the work of all coaches, the university and ICFF ignite initiative in making this vision a reality. Shruti Sonthalia from the ICFF team remarked that a sustainable attempt was the aspiration of the ignite initiative to make caching accessible and to accelerate the impact on social progress through coaching.
