Shimla’s Historic Town Hall Set to Host High-End Café as High Court Lifts Ban

Shimla, January 9, 2025: The Himachal Pradesh High Court has lifted the ban on operating a high-end café in Shimla’s historic Town Hall. During the hearing, the petitioner withdrew their plea, allowing the Municipal Corporation to resume café operations. The decision was made by Justice Trilok Chauhan and Justice Rakesh Kaithla.
