Shimla’s Three Major Temples to Get Dedicated Websites

In Shimla, a decision has been made to create dedicated websites for the city’s three major temples: Shri Tara Devi Temple, Shri Sankat Mochan Temple, and Shri Hanuman Temple Jakhu. The announcement was made by Deputy Commissioner Anupam Kashyap during temple trust meetings. These websites will offer comprehensive information, including details on temple history, donations, and event bookings. Additionally, Jakhu Temple will now serve meals on eco-friendly *Taur* leaf plates, following a similar initiative at Tara Devi and Sankat Mochan temples. The temples will also implement new guidelines for modest dress codes and upgrade their facilities with upcoming inspections planned.
