Himachal PWD Minister Inaugurates 262nd Branch of State Cooperative Bank

Shimla, September 23, 2024: Vikramaditya Singh, Minister of Public Works and Urban Development, inaugurated the 262nd branch of Himachal Pradesh State Cooperative Bank at 16 Mile, Dhami. He emphasized the bank’s critical role in supporting the needs of the public, including farmers, horticulturists, and senior citizens. The bank’s turnover has reached ₹26,000 crores, making it the third-largest cooperative bank in the country due to the dedication and honesty of its staff. Singh also announced new initiatives for expanding road connectivity under PMGSY and infrastructure projects such as the upcoming vegetable market near Tutu.
