Congress Spokesperson Condemns Removal of Rahul Gandhi’s Speech Excerpts as Undemocratic

Shimla, July 3: All India Congress Committee spokesperson and Theog MLA, Kuldeep Rathore, condemned the removal of excerpts from Rahul Gandhi’s speech in Parliament, calling it undemocratic. Rathore objected to Prime Minister Modi’s remarks referring to Gandhi’s speech as childish.

Addressing a press conference in Shimla, Rathore emphasized that Rahul Gandhi’s speech did not target any religion and asserted that no religion permits violence. He criticized BJP leaders for falsely accusing Gandhi of making anti-Hindu remarks. Rathore highlighted the public’s appreciation of Gandhi’s speech, noting his confidence and straightforwardness.

Concerns Over Apple Cartons

Rathore also addressed issues related to the apple season, urging Horticulture Minister Jagat Singh Negi to allow the use of old telescopic cartons this year to prevent wastage. He discussed ensuring the availability of universal cartons and suggested banning the sale of telescopic cartons by manufacturers.

Congress Confident of Winning All Three By-Elections

Rathore expressed confidence in Congress winning the three upcoming by-elections in Himachal Pradesh, citing strong public support. He mentioned that voters are questioning BJP candidates about their reasons for resigning.
