Shimla Winter Carnival 2024: Cultural Programs Postponed Amid State Mourning

In light of the seven-day State mourning following the sad demise of Former Prime Minister Dr. Manmohan Singh, all cultural and entertainment programs scheduled from 27.12.2024 to 01.01.2025 as part of the Shimla Winter Carnival 2024 are postponed until further notice. However, all stalls allotted at the Ridge, opposite Rotary Town Hall, and Rani Jhansi Park will continue to operate as usual.
