Shimla: Vikramaditya Singh Inaugurates New Panchayat House at Chalhog

Public Works & Urban Development Minister Vikramaditya Singh inaugurated a new Panchayat House in Chalhog village, Shimla (Rural), built at a cost of ₹1.14 crore. He said the building was completed within a year and will strengthen local governance. Emphasising that development should rise above party politics, he highlighted ongoing road, health and education initiatives in the area under state and central schemes. The minister also announced ₹5 lakh for the Panchayat ground and ₹50,000 for new furniture, along with approvals for health staff and other development works.
