Shimla Teacher Savina Jahan Honoured with ‘Prerna Shiksha National Award 2025’ in Delhi

Shimla, Sept 15 – Savina Jahan, Hindi Lecturer at PM Shri Govt. Senior Secondary School, Sunni, was conferred the prestigious ‘Prerna Shiksha National Award-2025’ at a grand ceremony in Delhi.
Currently pursuing her Ph.D. on the Ramayana of Indonesia from the Department of Hindi, Himachal Pradesh University, Savina Jahan was among 50 outstanding teachers selected nationwide for their exemplary contribution to education.
She received a citation, medal, and books as mementos during the award function organized on the occasion of Hindi Diwas and Teacher’s Day. The event was graced by eminent writer Alka Singh as chief guest along with other distinguished literary figures.
The Prerna Darpan Literary & Cultural Forum and Sahitya-24 jointly present this award each year to celebrate the dedication, knowledge, and guidance of teachers, recognized as the true pillars of society and the nation.
