Shimla Student Kidnapped, Assaulted in Kharar; FIR Registered

Shimla Feb 20: A university student from Shimla was allegedly kidnapped, sexually assaulted, and tortured by a car dealer and his associates in Kharar. The accused abducted him at gunpoint, transferred ₹30,000 from his phone, subjected him to electric shocks, and forced him to record a fake car sale video. The victim attempted suicide but was saved.

Shimla Police registered a zero FIR and transferred the case to Kharar police, who have filed a case against the accused. Investigation is ongoing.
