Shimla MC Poll: INC announces 10 more candidates

Shimla, Apr 17 – Ruling Indian National Congress declared ten more candidates for ongoing Shimla Municipal Corporation Election as it issued the third list of candidates on Monday.

HPCC chief Pratibha Singh issued third list of nine candidates on Monday. Former counsellor Jitender Chaudhary was declared candidate for Bharari ward.

Former CPM counsellor Smt.Kanta Suyal from Kaithu, Anita Sharma from Majhiyat ward, Kiran Sharma from Khachighati, Roop Chand from Phagli, Sushma Kuthiala from Ram Bazar, Atul Gautam from Jakhu, Mamta Chandel from Sanjuli choke, Vishakha Modi from Lower Dhali and Ram Rattan Verma from Kanganadhar.

With this the Congress has announced 26 candidates and it is yet to declare eight more candidate for total 34 wards.
