Schools Closed in Bangana Due to Heavy Rains

Una, Sept 2 – The District Magistrate-cum-Chairman DDMA Una, Jatin Lal (IAS), has ordered the closure of all government and private schools, colleges, ITIs, vocational centres, and Anganwadi centres (except residential institutions) in Sub Division Bangana on September 3. The decision comes after heavy rainfall caused landslides, uprooted trees, and disrupted road connectivity, posing risks to students and staff. Online classes have been advised to ensure academic continuity.
