School Bus Overturns in Una, Minor Injuries Reported

Una, July 29: A school bus of DAV School Una overturned near Isapur on the Una-Gagret road on Tuesday morning, creating panic in the area. The bus, carrying several students, lost control and flipped to the roadside. Fortunately, no serious injuries were reported, with only two children sustaining minor injuries and others suffering mild shock.

Local residents quickly reached the scene and helped rescue the children, informing their parents immediately. The injured were taken to the nearest health centre for first aid. Police also arrived and have begun an investigation into the cause of the accident.

Initial reports suggest a technical fault may have led to the mishap, though the exact cause will be confirmed after further inquiry. Parents and locals have urged the administration to ensure regular inspection of school vehicles and proper accountability of drivers to prevent such incidents in the future.
