Sandeepni Bhardwaj Alleges Corruption in Himachal Pradesh’s Congress Government

1 min read

Shimla: BJP spokesperson Sandeepni Bhardwaj has likened the current government of Himachal Pradesh to the Lalu and Rabri era, suggesting that the state’s administration is being run by a single family. Bhardwaj accused the government of promoting corruption through this family influence, which he believes is detrimental to the sanctity of the Devbhoomi (Land of Gods). He raised concerns over the changes in the crusher policy, alleging that it has facilitated corruption and benefited the Chief Minister’s relatives.

Bhardwaj highlighted that scandals are rampant, with allegations of corruption in the food supply department leading to a 72 lakh penalty after an inquiry. He questioned the skyrocketing prices of sand and gravel, which have tripled since the government took office, implying a major scam. Bhardwaj demanded the Chief Minister disclose how many crushers are linked to his relatives and why these were not shut down when others were.

He further accused the government of deceit and false promises, labeling it as the “government of lies, deception, and fraud.” Bhardwaj claimed that since the Congress took power, there has been an increase in misinformation and exploitation of the public. He asserted that every new scheme introduced only deceives the people. Bhardwaj concluded by saying that the current administration is unstable and could collapse at any time due to its internal discord and rampant corruption.
