Sacred Hearts Convent School Celebrates ‘Soulful Synergy’ Annual Day

On 13th September 2024, Sacred Hearts Convent School, Dhalli, hosted its grand annual day for senior classes under the theme “Soulful Synergy,” focusing on mental health and physical well-being. The event was graced by Mr. Pankaj Lalit, Director of the Department of Language and Culture and former bureaucrat, as the chief guest. The ceremony began with the lighting of the Panchdeep by the distinguished guest, followed by captivating performances by the students.

Highlights of the day included prayer dance, Zumba and aerobics displays, and a musical on mental health. Students also performed an English play titled *Echoes of Existence*, emphasizing the importance of love and support for children’s mental health, with Savi Sektoo from Class 11 Arts in the lead role. The Hindi play *Tanaav Se Samarthan Tak* (From Stress to Support) was a major highlight, delivered passionately by students from Classes 10, 11, and 12. The event concluded with an energetic Bhangra performance.

In his closing remarks, Mr. Lalit praised the students and emphasized the importance of balancing mental and physical health. The head girl gave a vote of thanks, marking the successful conclusion of the event.
