Sachin Kanwal, HPAS Appointed As Additional Secretary to Chief Minister

The Governor, Himachal Pradesh, is pleased to order the transfer of Shri Sachin Kanwal, HPAS (2009), Additional District Magistrate (Protocol), Shimla, District Shimla, Himachal Pradesh and to post him as Additional Secretary to Chief Minister, Himachal Pradesh, Shimla, relieving Shri Harbans Singh Brascon, IAS (HP:2015) of this charge, with immediate effect, in the public interest. Shri Sachin Kanwal, HPAS (2009), shall also hold charge of the post of Director, Small Savings, Himachal Pradesh, Shimla, in addition to his own duties, relieving Shri Kewal Sharma, HPAS (2013) of this additional charge.
The Governor, Himachal Pradesh, is further pleased to order that Shri Rahul Chauhan, HPAS (2009), Additional District Magistrate (Law & Order), Shimla, District Shimla, Himachal Pradesh, shall hold charge of the post of Additional District Magistrate (Protocol), Shimla, District Shimla, Himachal Pradesh, in addition to his own duties, with immediate effect, in the public interest, till further orders. The posting orders of Shri Harbans Singh Brascon, IAS (HP:2015) will be issued separately.
