Ridge Emerges as Trade Hub at Him MSME Fest 2026

Over ₹30 Lakh Turnover in Three Days

Shimla, Jan 05, 2026 : The historic Ridge Maidan transformed into a vibrant trade centre during Him MSME Fest 2026, recording business worth over ₹30 lakh in three days. More than 50 stalls, including first-time factory outlet stalls, drew strong consumer interest by offering branded products at factory rates.

Stalls featuring handloom, leather goods, food items and wood products attracted shoppers from across India and abroad, giving Himachal’s local products wider market access and visibility under the ‘Local to Global’ vision. Director Industries Dr Yunus congratulated participants and officials, stating that such platforms boost entrepreneurship, generate employment and accelerate the state’s economy.
