Relief and Rescue Operations Ongoing at Jhadmajri Company Incident Site

Solan, February 3 – During the ongoing relief and rescue operations at N.R. Aroma Company in Jhadmajri, located in the Nalagarh tehsil of Solan district, the National Disaster Response Force (NDRF) and State Disaster Response Force (SDRF) teams have recovered four bodies from the premises. The bodies have been sent to the Civil Hospital Nalagarh for post-mortem.
According to the information provided by Solan District Magistrate Manmohan Sharma, five fatalities have been confirmed in this tragic incident so far. He mentioned that one woman had succumbed to her injuries last evening, and today, during relief and rescue efforts, four bodies were recovered from the company premises.
Manmohan Sharma stated that information about eight individuals involved in this unfortunate incident is yet to be obtained. Out of these, the bodies of four individuals have been found within the company premises, and efforts are underway to locate the others. NDRF and SDRF teams have been engaged in relief and rescue work since last night, and further operations will continue until all individuals are accounted for.
The District Magistrate informed that, as per the Chief Minister’s directives, an inquiry into the incident has been ordered. Additional Deputy Commissioner Ajay Yadav from Solan will conduct the investigation and submit a detailed report.
He assured that the injured individuals receiving treatment at the hospital are being provided necessary relief. The family members of the deceased woman have also been assured financial assistance during this difficult time.
Manmohan Sharma interacted with the families of the workers gathered outside the company premises, assuring them of all possible support. He coordinated with the Tehsildar of Nalagarh and medical professionals to ensure proper assistance and identification of the deceased at the Civil Hospital Nalagarh.
