New Executive Committee Elected for Association

Himachal Pradesh, October 13, 2023 – The Himachal Pradesh Secretariat, Entertainment, Language, and Cultural Association recently conducted elections for its new executive committee. The elections saw the active participation of all existing members of the association, resulting in a unanimous decision to appoint Mr. Rajesh Bharadwaj as the President, Ms. Daksha Sharma as the Chief Advisor, Mr. Rajendra Premi as the Vice President, Mr. Gulpal Verma as the General Secretary, Mr. Dharm Paul as the Joint Secretary, Mr. Sahil Verma as the Public Relations Secretary, Mr. Ravi K as the Treasurer, and members including Mr. Chetan Sharma, Mr. Anup Sharma, Ms. Deepika, Ms. Neena, Mr. Ram Pal Sharma, Mr. Vivek Chauhan, Mr. Ankit Bharati, Mr. Manoj Kumar, Mr. Gopal Singh, Mr. Ajay, Mr. Kuldeep Kumar, Ms. Sujata Negi, and Ms. Vandana Gupta.

The newly elected President, Mr. Rajesh Bharadwaj, expressed his commitment to actively participate in various cultural and social events in the coming days. He stated that the association would wholeheartedly engage in organizing a wide range of programs. In 2024, the association will actively participate in the Central Civil Services, Cultural, and Sports Board event scheduled in Nagpur from January 29 to February 2.

Members of the executive committee also discussed their plan to encourage participation in such events. They announced that employees of the secretariat can become members of the association by voluntarily contributing an annual fee of just ₹100, which will support the organization in promoting cultural activities.

The event concluded with a resounding chant of “Bharat Ekta” and “Himachal Ekta” to celebrate the unity and togetherness of the association.
