Pratibha Singh Expresses Grief Over Mandi Cloudburst Tragedy

Shimla, July 29, 2025:
Himachal Pradesh Congress President and former MP Pratibha Singh has expressed deep sorrow over the tragic loss of lives and property due to the cloudburst in Mandi town. Offering her condolences to the bereaved families, she prayed for peace to the departed souls.

She urged the state government and district administration to extend all possible assistance to the affected families. Pratibha Singh also appealed to Congress workers and the general public to come forward and help those impacted by the disaster.

Expressing concern over the increasing incidents of cloudbursts and floods across the state, she called on people to remain alert. She assured that the Congress government in the state is committed to providing all necessary support to disaster-affected families.

Highlighting the heavy losses suffered by farmers and horticulturists due to excessive rains and flooding, she urged the government to offer adequate financial assistance for crop damage as well.
