Powergrid Corporation Organizes Health Camp

150 People Benefit from Health Checkups

On September 27, 2024, Powergrid Corporation of India Limited’s Hamirpur substation organized a health camp in collaboration with the health department at Chowki Kankari as part of the “Swachhta Hi Seva 2024” initiative. Senior DGM Amit Kumar inaugurated the camp. Residents from Chowki Kankari and nearby villages took full advantage of the health checkup facility. To ensure convenience, two mobile blood testing labs were provided, allowing residents to get their tests done on-site, with reports delivered immediately. A portable X-ray machine was also available for on-the-spot X-ray examinations. In total, approximately 150 individuals underwent health checkups during the camp. Additionally, the camp raised awareness about cleanliness among the participants.
