Police Seize 725 Grams of Heroin from Pedestrian

Bilaspur, September 21: The Kot Police Station successfully seized 725 grams of heroin from a pedestrian during a routine patrol.

According to information, the Kot Police were on patrol when they noticed a person walking near Mazar Pul who appeared nervous upon seeing the police. This raised suspicions, and the police conducted a search on the individual, leading to the discovery of heroin.

The accused has been identified as Narendra Singh, also known as Vikki, a resident of Tapariyaan Dakghar, Bhanupalli, in the Rupnagar district. A case has been registered against him at the Kot Police Station, and the investigation is being carried out by Chief Constable Ramesh Kumar, according to Deputy Superintendent of Police Naina Devi Vikrant Bansara.
