PM Modi Created 170 Million Jobs in 10 Years, Congress Only 30 Million: Kashyap

Shimla, August 11 – Former Himachal BJP president and MP Suresh Kashyap stated that under Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s leadership, over 170 million jobs were created in the last 10 years, compared to just 30 million during the UPA government’s tenure. He was addressing an event where NSS students from Himachal visited the Indian Parliament, accompanied by Union Labour & Employment Minister Mansukh Mandaviya. Kashyap highlighted the government’s *Viksit Bharat Rojgar Yojana*, aiming to generate over 40 million jobs in the next five years, and noted significant employment growth in agriculture (19%), manufacturing (15%), and services (36%) under the Modi government.
