Online Scholarship Application Deadline Extended to December 24

Hamirpur, December 20, 2025:
The deadline for submitting online applications for all scholarship schemes under the academic session 2025-26 on the National Scholarship Portal has been extended to December 24.

Deputy Director of Higher Education, Dr. Mohi Ram Chauhan, has directed principals and headmasters of all government and private senior secondary and high schools in the district to ensure that every eligible student completes the application process within the revised timeframe.

Schools must complete verification of online applications, including corrections of error cases, by December 26. However, Dr. Chauhan urged institutions to finish the exercise by December 25 to avoid last-minute technical issues.

He cautioned that any pending, unverified, or incorrect scholarship applications at the school level will result in departmental action against the school head and the scholarship in-charge.
