Online Election Quiz date extends till 20th October

Shimla, Oct 07 – The Election Commission of India (ECI) is making strenuous efforts to ensure greater participation of people in the ensuing assembly elections in Himachal Pradesh stated Chief Electoral Officer, Maneesh Garg here today. The Himachal Pradesh state election office has extended the date of Online Election Quiz, till 20^th October, 2022. The quiz, started on 23^rd September has now been made bi-lingual in English and Hindi.

Sh. Garg said that the participants can register for the innovative quiz by logging on to electionquiz.hp.gov.in  An online participation certificate will be issued to every participant and first three winners of the quiz will be given cash prizes viz Rs. Ten thousand, Rs. Five thousand and Rs. Three thousand respectively.  Besides, the next top hundred entries will be given a cash prize of Rs. Two thousand each.

Similarly, the Chat-bot, i.e (Voter Saathi), launched by the ECI on the website ceohimachal.nic.in has also been introduced both in English and Hindi Language, to facilitate the voters for their various election related queries. (eom)
