Online Applications Now Open for Social Security Pension in Himachal

To ensure a transparent and easy process, the Himachal government has launched an online portal for applying to the Social Security Pension and Indira Gandhi Pyari Behna Sukh Samman Nidhi schemes. Deputy Commissioner Amarjeet Singh said eligible citizens can now apply via [himparivar.hp.gov.in/ekalyan](http://himparivar.hp.gov.in/ekalyan) using mobile, computer, or visiting Lok Mitra Kendras. He emphasized that this step will especially benefit the elderly, disabled, and single women. SDMs and department officers have been directed to widely publicize this digital facility.
