A vehicle accident under Dhalli police station limits claimed one life and left three injured. Locals rescued the victims and informed the police. The deceased has been identified as Rajesh Kumar (27) from Baldeyan, Shimla, while three others, including his brother, sustained injuries. Police have registered a case under relevant sections for further investigation.
