Shimla, 1 July 2025: Shimla District Magistrate Anupam Kashyap has issued a notification declaring the closure of the old Sanjauli-Dhali tunnel for all vehicular and pedestrian movement. The decision has been taken keeping public safety in mind. The new Sanjauli-Dhali tunnel has been made two-way to facilitate traffic and pedestrian movement.
