Notice Issued for TCP Rules Violation in Jatehri, Hamirpur

Hamirpur, Sept 10: The Town and Country Planning (TCP) Department has issued a notice to an individual in Jatehri near Hamirpur district headquarters for carrying out construction without prior permission.

The notice, issued under Section 39(1) of the Himachal Pradesh Town and Country Planning Act, 1977, directs the person to immediately stop construction and restore the land to its original state within 15 days. The department has warned of strict action in case of non-compliance.
