NDA emerges stronger day by day: Anurag Thakur

Una , July 4 – With the joining of more parties in its fold, the NDA (National Democratic Alliance) led by Prime Minister Narendra Modi is emerging stronger day by day, and the NDA would once again form the government in the country in the 2024 Lok Sabha election, Union Information and Broadcasting Minister Anurag Thakur said on Tuesday.

Stating this on Tuesday in a function in the Gagret area of Una district, Union Information and Broadcasting Minister Anurag Thakur said that the truth is with the BJP, and that is why the success of the party in the 2024 Lok Sabha elections is sure.

Thakur said that those trying to destabilise the applecart of the BJP never know that their applecart has been overturned many times, and this too they will be out of power completely.

He said that whatever the central government under Narendra Modi had done during the last nine and a half years was excellent and was never expected from any party government.

He said that many parties want to be a part of the NDA. The NCP has taken a step in this direction, and it will be beneficial to the development of Maharashtra.

The central minister said that Jammu and Kashmir got its rights after 75 years. The removal of Articles 370 and 35A in and of itself says a lot. “Peace, development, and brotherhood have increased in Jammu and Kashmir. Not only this, the number of tourists has also increased manifold”.

He said that statistics show that incidents of stone pelting have stopped in Jammu and Kashmir. Strict action is being taken against the terrorists. Tourists and investors are turning to Jammu and Kashmir. He said that no one wants stone-pelting in Jammu and Kashmir.

Regarding the enforcement of the uniform civil code, Anurag Thakur said that the monsoon session is coming soon and people will see what the BJP is going to do.

Regarding a dispute in the HP government on the issue of UCC between two cabinet ministers, Vikramaditya Singh and Chander Kumar, he asked the Chief Minister, SS Sukhoo, to clarify his stand on this issue.
