NCC unit marks ten years of discipline and service

The National Cadet Corps (NCC) unit at Shoolini University marked ten years on campus with a formal celebration that reflected its journey of discipline, leadership, and service.
Col. Rajeev Thomas attended as Chief Guest, accompanied by his wife Amandeep Kaur. Associate Dean Students Welfare Prof Neeraj Gandotra, Sub Sukhdev, Rakesh Guleria, Virender Singh, Lt. Jyoti Kashyap, and Ankush Thakur were present.
The programme began with a welcome address, followed by Lt. Jyoti Kashyap outlining the unit’s growth over the past decade and its role in shaping responsible youth.
A cake-cutting ceremony led by Col. Rajeev Thomas, along with the dignitaries and Under Officers Abdul Lateef and Ashutosh Rana, marked the milestone.
Cadets presented cultural performances, adding energy to the event.
Addressing the gathering, Col. Rajeev Thomas spoke about the importance of discipline, dedication, and service, and encouraged cadets to carry these values forward.
The celebration concluded with a dinner attended by cadets, faculty, and guests.
