National Safai Karamchari Commission Chairman to Visit Shimla from March 4 to 6

Meeting Scheduled at Bachat Bhawan on March 5

Shimla, March 3, 2025 – M. Venkatesan, Chairman of the National Safai Karamchari Commission, Ministry of Social Justice & Empowerment, will be on an official visit to Shimla from March 4 to 6, 2025.

As per Shimla District Magistrate Anupam Kashyap, the chairman will preside over a meeting on March 5 at 10 AM at Bachat Bhawan, DC Office, Shimla. The meeting will include the Deputy Commissioner, Superintendent of Police, Municipal Commissioner, Executive Officers of Municipalities, and officials from various departments. Representatives of sanitation workers, Scheduled Castes (SC), Scheduled Tribes (ST), and Other Backward Classes (OBC) will also participate in discussions.
