National Lok Adalat to Be Held on 13 December in Himachal

The National Lok Adalat is scheduled to be organised on 13 December 2025 for the settlement of various pending and pre-litigation cases. According to the District Legal Services Authority, Kinnaur, matters related to Section 138 of the NI Act, money recovery, labour disputes, electricity and water bills, maintenance, vehicle accident claims, service and salary disputes, revenue cases, and other compoundable criminal and civil matters will be taken up.

People willing to settle their cases through Lok Adalat can contact the Judicial Court Complex at Rampur Bushahr, Reckong Peo (Kinnaur), Ani (Kullu), or the office of DLSA Kinnaur. This initiative provides an opportunity for speedy, amicable, and cost-effective dispute resolution.
