MURIOUS 18.0 Unveils : Technological Extravaganza at JUIT’s Grand Inauguration

The inaugural day unfolded with the ceremonial lighting of the lamp by Hon. Vice Chancellor Prof. (Dr.) Rajendra Kumar Sharma, Registrar Maj Gen Rakesh Bassi, and Dean of Academics Prof. Dr. Ashok Kumar Gupta, setting the stage for an electrifying series of events. Prof Shruti Jain, Associate Dean Innovations, and Dr. Naveen Jaglan were also present among other distinguished guests.
The day commenced with Expanse 3.0, an immersive showcase of the latest technological advancements, inviting participants to explore various domains of innovation. Simultaneously, the Rotaract Club of Waknaghat curated the Mystic Fair, an enchanting exhibition offering a glimpse into mystical and cultural experiences. Make it Print unfolded the world of 3D printing, stimulating creativity and imagination.
Gaming enthusiasts were treated to intense battles in FIFA and Tekken tournaments that extended well into the night, keeping the competitive spirit ablaze. Concurrently, music aficionados gathered for Jamming (Bandish), an evening of harmonious melodies organized by Omega Leo Club, fostering collaboration and celebrating the universal language of music.
The first day of MURIOUS painted a vibrant canvas of creativity, innovation, and entertainment. Attendees experienced an immersive journey, leaving an indelible mark. With diverse activities catering to every interest, the event fostered a sense of community and engagement among participants, promising an exhilarating continuation over the subsequent days of the festival.
