MoU signed between MSHIPA and GiZ

In a significant step towards organizational collaboration, a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) was signed today between Dr. Manmohan Singh Himachal Pradesh Institute of Public Administration, Fairlawns, Mashobra and  The Deutsche Gesellschaft für Internationale Zusammenarbeit (GIZ) GmbH, India.

The MoU was signed by the Secretary (Training & Foreign Assignment) C. Paulrasu and Mr. Rajiv Ahal on behalf of GIZ India in the presence of Director (MSHIPA) at a formal ceremony held in the HP Secretariat. The objective of this MoU is to collaborate for ‘SAMRIDH Himachal-2045’ and produce the 20 years vision document.

This MOU defines the scope of collaboration between the parties for implementing and promoting ‘SAMRIDH Himachal-2045’ through interventions like training, workshops, knowledge support, coordination support, policy guidelines and required institutional systems. The key target groups of the initiative are citizens, experts, officials, media, civil society organizations, academic and research institutions, technical and knowledge provider organizations and elected political representatives in the identified thematic clusters.

The signing of this MoU marks the beginning of a meaningful partnership aimed at promoting academic excellence and addressing contemporary issues through collective insight and dialogue.
