Shimla, Jan 06 A discussion was held again in Delhi on Thursday on who would be the faces of the ministerial posts in Himachal’s Sukhwinder Singh Sukhu government. According to sources, after the meeting that lasted till late night, it has been agreed to make 7 to 8 ministers in the first phase, while 2 to 3 ministers will be made later. It is believed that if there is no problem now, the ministers can be sworn in on January 7 in Shimla. Although there is no confirmation from the government in this regard, but the way the Chief Minister suddenly left for Delhi from Dharamshala on Thursday, it is expected that the cabinet will be formed on the 7th.

One of the main reasons for this is that Governor Rajendra Vishwanath Arlekar is going out of the state from January 8 and he is scheduled to return after January 12. In such a situation, if the cabinet is not formed on January 7, then the whole matter will be delayed. The governor was earlier scheduled to go out of the state on January 7, but now he will go a day later. Looking at this, it is likely that the cabinet will be formed on Saturday.

If sources are to be believed, Chandra Kumar and Sudhir Sharma from district Kangra, Colonel Dhaniram Shandil from district Solan, Sundar Thakur from district Kullu, Harshvardhan Chauhan from district Sirmaur, Jagat Singh Negi from district Kinnaur, Rajesh Dharmani from district Bilaspur and Rohit Thakur from district Shimla. And Vikramaditya Singh is at the forefront of the ministerial race. Similarly, Chandrashekhar can be made the Deputy Speaker of the Assembly from District Mandi.

Ashish Butail, Bhawani Singh Pathania, Raghubir Singh Bali and Sanjay Ratna from Kangra, Vinay Kumar from district Sirmaur, Indradutt Lakhanpal and Rajendra Rana from district Hamirpur, Aniruddha Singh, Kuldeep Singh Rathore and Mohan Lal Brakta from district Shimla and from Lahaul-Spiti.
