Matter regarding restoration of foundation stone plaque of Atal Tunnel laid by Sonia Gandhi to be taken up with authority concerned: CM

Chief Minister Sukhvinder Singh Sukhu said that the State Government would take up the matter of restoring the foundation stone plaque of Atal Tunnel Rohtang laid by Sonia Gandhi in the capacity as Chairperson of National Advisory Council on 28th June, 2010.
Chief Minister said that plaque of foundation stone was missing which was insult to democracy and must be restored at the earliest. He said that the 9.02 kilometer tunnel was built by the Border Road Organization to connect landlocked Lahaul-Spiti district.
It would be pertinent to mention here that the Congress Party has earlier also taken up the matter regarding restoration of the missing plaque and its restoration with authority concerned.
