LR Group Prepares for Mega Placement Drive for Skilled Youth

Solan, July 1, 2024 – LR Group is gearing up to conduct a 100% mega placement drive on Wednesday, July 3, aimed at creating large-scale employment opportunities. The drive will include a major placement camp, facilitating better placements for both final year students and graduates from the past two years.
The event will cater to students from various disciplines including Polytechnic, MBA, BBA, BCA, M. Pharma, B. Pharma, Engineering, and Hotel Management. Renowned companies from both technical and non-technical fields have been contacted to participate in the drive.
Only registered students will be allowed to participate in the placement drive. The registration process is ongoing, with a significant number of final-year students already registered. The LR Institute has also prepared its students by teaching them essential skills such as resume writing and interview techniques to ensure they secure employment.
Dr. Nenta, the campus director, mentioned that the institute has also invited students from different departments who have not yet been placed. Department heads have identified and invited those students who missed out on placements in the past two years. He emphasized the need for skilled youth in today’s era and pointed out that often the lack of coordination prevents employers and job seekers from connecting. To address this, LR Group has prepared its students for industrial employment.
Dr. Nenta further stated that the primary objective of LR Institute is to secure employment and provide good opportunities for its students. The institute will continue to offer internships and employment opportunities with reputed companies in the future.
